Prior to Pod Foods, she and her cofounder Fiona had a cookie company called Green Pea Cookie. Together they realized the challenges of wholesale food distribution and retail, and pivoted to solve the problem for other emerging brands. Before Larissa was an entrepreneur, she studied Government and Economics at Dartmouth College.
