Previously as an investor, she has experienced firsthand the inefficiencies in project finance and understands that sustainable infrastructure will not scale quickly without leveraging technology.

Prior to Banyan she was the first hire as an infrastructure investor at Generate Capital, originating, closing, and servicing deals in distributed infrastructure investments. She was also a management consultant at McKinsey where she worked in infrastructure, healthcare, and financial services, including developing and implementing underwriting automation strategies at a global bank.

Amanda has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Eng from the University of British Columbia.
