A former Amazon PM, she managed $50 million a year in physical infrastructure projects behind the company's online shopping experience, launching 10 delivery stations, 2 sort centers, and 8 special logistics projects. While at Amazon, she also oversaw the design, implementation and adoption of internal productivity software to bring the staff managing these physical back-end projects offline into a collaborative digital platform to support the company's rapid scaling.

Valentina holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, as well as an MS in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she received the inaugural Dupré Nunnelly Innovation Leader Award.
