Involved in 10 start-ups, turnarounds and mega-growth companies over the last 30 years, Peter has served as a Board Member, Advisor, and C-Suite participant. Peter focuses on the melding of creative entrepreneurial talent with an operational expertise.

Peter has spent the last 30 years working to bring his financial and operational expertise into partnership with creative visionary entrepreneurs. Throughout his career, Peter has helped companies grow both organically and through acquisitions. Peter has raised in excess of $300 million of capital from public, private and bank sources while participating in more than 35 transactions, financings, and mergers & acquisitions as a principal.

He has also started or managed a number of companies with significant international operations. Peter has led successful exits in both the financial technology and financial services arenas, taking three companies public and selling a number of others. In 2007, he led the sale of Automated Trading Desk to Citi for approximately $700 million. Peter has sat in the C-Suite of four public companies.
