Lindsay Kaplan is co-founder of Chief, the vetted executive network focused on driving exceptional women into power and keeping them there. Lindsay is also a founder in the XFactor Ventures portfolio.
Prior to Chief, Lindsay served as VP of Communications and Brand at Casper, where, as an early pre-launch employee, she played a critical role in scaling the startup into a $300M+ global business.
Lindsay began her career in publishing, working in communications and marketing at Oxford University Press, Time Out New York, and ELLE. She later served as a social strategist at Publicis, before heading into Silicon Alley to bring numerous startups to market.
Lindsay was named to PR Week’s 40 Under 40, Brand Innovators 40 Under 40, and Business Insider's Most Innovative CMOs in the World.
